Greenarc, based in Halifax, provide clean energy solutions across solar, EV chargepoints, heating systems, low carbon electrical fuels, and carbon offset fuel cards. They approached Green Economy for support in raising the profile of their products and services to new audiences.
Green Economy began working with Greenarc, through West Yorkshire’s UKSPF programme, offering fully funded support to develop a tailored growth plan.
The focus was firmly on growth, so the first step was to create a profile on Green Economy’s Marketplace, showcasing their products and services to around 6000 visitors each year. In addition, they received a weekly pipeline of new tender and sales opportunities. This has led to the business identifying multiple new sales opportunities, primarily in the field of solar, as well as several public sector tenders.
Green Economy helped to raise the businesses profile further, with several high-profile speaking slots including a presentation slot at a local event attended by Tracey Brabin, Mayor of West Yorkshire.
The business also featured in ‘Member News’ to share collaboration opportunities with other local green tech suppliers.
Ben Duckworth, Managing Director, Greenarc said:
“The Green Economy team are well connected within the green tech sector, meaning they have an abundance of opportunities ready for organisations like ours. The support they offer is tailored and precise, and they are fully invested in the green transition. Supporting green tech organisations and assisting their clients with net zero projects is in their nature.”
“The support from Green Economy has been focused on growth and has translated directly into new sales and business confidence, ensuring resilience and sustained growth for the future.”
Vicky Wilding, Green Tech Lead at Green Economy said:
